Returns & refunds

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

• Go to My orders and choose the item to return.
• Pack the item securely with all tags and accessories.
• Hand it to our courier at pickup, or drop it at the address we share.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; this is shown on the product page.
